Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Marina, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations and put the right HR structure and processes in place as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes and structures.
  • Manage staff operations, performance, attendance and employee relations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day people operations and workplace coordination.
  • Work closely with leadership to improve team performance and accountability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong leadership and operations management skills — mandatory.
  • Ability to build HR structure and processes from the ground up.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and people-management skills.
  • Candidates who live close to Marina, Lagos are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly (based on experience).
