We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for tech, operations, customer service and logistics roles
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and the employee handbook
  • Manage payroll inputs, compensation, benefits and statutory remittances (PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF)
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and regulations
  • Drive performance management, goal setting and appraisal cycles
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and exit processes
  • Champion employee engagement, retention and a positive workplace culture

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
  • [5-8] years of HR experience, with at least [2-3] years in a managerial role
  • CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or an equivalent professional certification (strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practice
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
