Job Title: Unit Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsiblities

  • Recruit, onboard and train sales agents for the unit
  • Set weekly and monthly sales targets for each agent and the unit
  • Hold regular team meetings, sales briefings and product knowledge sessions about the HMO products
  • Build relationships with SMEs, schools, markets, churches, associations and corporate organisations
  • Provide market feedback on competitor activity, pricing and customer needs

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Social Sciences or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years managing or leading a sales team
  • Prior experience in health insurance/HMO, insurance, microfinance or financial services sales is strongly preferred
  • Must reside in or near Yaba or Ebute Metta
  • Willingness to do extensive field work
  • Existing network of agents or contacts in the HMO or insurance space.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
