Mark Calthers Consulting - Our client, an e-commerce company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales and business development strategy in line with company goals in an e-commerce space.
  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and growth targets and drive the team to meet them
  • Onboard and manage key accounts, merchants and strategic partners
  • Work with marketing, product, operations and logistics teams to improve conversion, customer experience and order fulfilment
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure healthy margins and cost control
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline and CRM records

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
  • At least 8–10 years of sales or business development experience, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, tech, or marketplace/platform sales is strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and partner engagements, where required

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
