Job Title: General Manager, Operation and Growth
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilies
Oversee day-to-day operations, including driver recruitment, screening, vetting, training and placement
Set up and improve processes for driver verification, guarantor checks, background checks and documentation
Handle client complaints, driver replacements and dispute resolution
Manage budgets, costs and operational efficienc
Drive sales and business development across individual, corporate, logistics and fleet clients
Identify new revenue streams and service offerings
Recruit, coach and manage managers and team leads
Own revenue, placement, retention and client-satisfaction targets
Job Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics or a related field (MBA or professional certification is an added advantage)
7 – 10 years of work experience, with 3–5 years in a senior management role
Experience in driver recruitment, transport and logistics, staffing and manpower outsourcing, or a similar service industry is strongly preferred
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
