 Job Position: Admin /HR Manager
Job Location: Okpe LGA, Warri, Delta

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Admin/HR Manager to oversee HR functions and daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Handle employee relations and support conflict resolution.
• Support payroll administration with accurate employee data.
• Oversee daily office and administrative operations.
• Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for management.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• CIPM, SHRM, PHR, or related certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with HR software/record management systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the Marine Industr* is an added advantage.
• Must be a resident of Delta State.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
