We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional, organized and people-oriented HR Officer to manage employee relations and support the smooth running of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff records
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality and staff performance
  • Handle employee relations and workplace concerns
  • Implement company policies and HR procedures
  • Coordinate staff training and development
  • Support payroll and leave administration
  • Conduct performance reviews and maintain HR documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years’ HR experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labour regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
