Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Trade Fair, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
  • A degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, staff onboarding, and employee management.
  • Ability to handle employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and workplace policies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to resolve workplace conflicts professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be professional, organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
