Job Title:Junior Loan Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The JuniorLoan Officer will drive SME lending activities, with a focus on vehicle-based financing, from customer acquisition and credit assessment to loan disbursement and repayment monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage SMEs/Individuals seeking vehicle-based financing and assess their funding needs.
  • Evaluate loan applications, financial information, cash flows, and repayment capacity to support credit decisions.
  • Manage the loan process from application and documentation through approval, disbursement, and repayment monitoring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers while ensuring timely loan repayments and portfolio quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in SME lending, commercial lending, or credit, with hands-on experience in vehicle-based lending.
  • Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan structuring, collateral evaluation, and repayment monitoring.
  • Proven ability to acquire and manage SME customers while meeting lending and portfolio targets.

Salary
N200,000 – N404,000 Net Monthly.
