About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to support the planning, development, and delivery of our products.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and organisational skills, an interest in technology and product development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in defining product requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and user needs.
Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Marketing, and Business teams.
Prepare product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Monitor product development progress and follow up on deliverables.
Support product testing, launches, and post-launch improvements.
Track product performance and recommend improvements.
Maintain product documentation and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, or a related role is an advantage.
Basic understanding of software development processes and the product lifecycle.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
A customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
