Job Title: Junior Project Manager (Junior PM)

Location: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling and task allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and status updates.
  • Track deliverables, identify risks and escalate challenges.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support project documentation and maintain project records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; internship or project coordination experience is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
