Marketing Officer

Adirelounge is a hand dyed textile company that creates unique csutom sustainable textile for fashion and interior brands. CYNIMS is an athleisure brand created with artisanal batik patterns and designs We are building a shared team to grow both brands through stronger sales, marketing and customer engagement.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential retailers, boutiques, interior designers and other relevant wholesale buyers for Adirelounge.
• Identify suitable customers and audiences for Cynims.
• Consolidate and maintain retailer contacts in a central CRM or database.
• Conduct personalised email outreach, manage follow-ups and track responses.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, record opportunities and coordinate lookbook and sample requests.
• Plan and coordinate email newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
• Research, draft and coordinate blog articles and other brand content.
• Maintain content calendars and schedule approved social media posts.
• Coordinate with the Creative Lead to deliver marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Track outreach activity, enquiries, sales opportunities and campaign performance.
• Submit weekly reports covering activities, results, priorities and blockers.

• Quality and growth of the qualified retailer database.
• Consistent, personalised outreach and follow-up.
• Positive replies, sales conversations and qualified opportunities.
• Timely execution of newsletters and marketing activities.
• Accurate CRM records and reliable weekly reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, e-commerce or a related role.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Experience with email outreach, lead research, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Good organisational skills and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing platforms and social media scheduling is an advantage.
• Experience in fashion, textiles, lifestyle or consumer brands is desirable.
