Operations and E-commerce Assistant

Adirelounge is a hand-dyed textile company that creates unique custom sustainable textiles for fashion and interior brands.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations & E-commerce Assistant

Locations: Surulere and Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production timelines and follow up with suppliers and production partners.
• Track fabric, materials, product availability, inventory and purchase orders.
• Coordinate order processing, packaging, shipping and delivery tracking.
• Manage day-to-day Shopify, Etsy and Faire administration and other assigned e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain accurate product listings, prices, variants and stock information using approved details.
• Monitor incoming orders and customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain supplier, inventory, order and shipping trackers.
• Keep invoices, receipts, supplier confirmations and operational documents organised.
• Identify delays, errors and operational risks early and recommend solutions.
• Maintain task lists, deadlines and status updates so work progresses without repeated reminders.
• Work with the Sales & Marketing Assistant and Creative Lead to coordinate launches and product availability.
• Provide a weekly operations report covering open orders, production status, issues and upcoming deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, administration, e-commerce, logistics or a related role.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, online collaboration tools and e-commerce platforms.
• Able to prioritise tasks, maintain accurate records and work independently.
• Experience with Shopify, inventory management, order fulfilment or supplier coordination is an advantage.
• Experience working with product-based businesses is desirable.
