Royal Resource Digital Services, a software and digital marketing company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing officer

Location: Central Business Area, Abuja (FCT) 
Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly committed, experienced and passionate Real Estate marketing Executive to drive our growth in the Abuja market.
  • You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Present property features and benefits effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the real estate sector.
  • Deep passion for real estate and wealth creation through property investment.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented. Compensation

Remuneration

  • Basic Salary: 100,000 Naira per month.
  • Personal Commission: 10% on sales of properties.
  • Team Bonus: 2% on team sales.
