Marketing Officer

The idea to create Westcare Hospital group was conceived in 1997. This idea was brought to fruition in May 1998 when the first hospital was founded and named Ilogbo central Hospital. The hospital was named after Ilogbo town near Ajangbadi, Ojo LGA of Lagos in which the hospital was situated.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the hospital’s healthcare services to individuals, corporate organisations, and other potential clients.
• Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, community outreach, and referrals.
• Visit businesses and other relevant establishments to create awareness of the hospital’s services.
• Distribute marketing materials and communicate information about available healthcare services.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, referral partners, and other prospective clients.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects to ensurepatronage of the hospital’s services.
• Monitor and report marketingactivities and identify opportunities to increase awareness and patronage of the hospital’s services.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, client contacts, leads generated, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on field activities, leads generated, and client conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is required.
• Experience in healthcare marketing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits and work with minimal supervision.
