Salary: ₦80,000 monthly
Requirements
Bsc, HND or OND in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Valid registration and practising licence with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), as applicable.
Minimum of 1–2 years relevant professional experience.
Good knowledge of routine laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
Ability to handle and process specimens appropriately.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with other laboratory and healthcare staff.
Commitment to professional standards, confidentiality and patient safety.
Responsibilities
Receive, label and process patient specimens appropriately.
Perform assigned laboratory procedures within the scope of practice.
Assist with routine laboratory investigations.
Maintain accurate patient and laboratory records.
Assist with quality control procedures.
Operate and care for laboratory equipment appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laboratory work area.
Adhere strictly to laboratory safety, infection control and confidentiality protocols.
Report equipment issues or other concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
