  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.

  • Professional, courteous and presentable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and members of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to patients and visitors.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage appointments and patient enquiries.
  • Receive and respond to calls and messages.
  • Provide basic information about the laboratory’s services.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
