We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist

Location: Kaura District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform accurate laboratory tests that support disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention while maintaining high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory tests such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and serology.
  • Ensure proper collection, labeling, and processing of patient samples.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
  • Review and release accurate test results while maintaining proper records and quality control.
  • Follow laboratory safety standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and support junior staff.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC experience
  • Good knowledge of laboratory diagnostic procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication, teamwork, and professionalism
