The On Trade Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki, responsible for managing and growing relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on-trade accounts. The role involves promoting Enstore Nigeria’s portfolio of wines and spirits, executing sales strategies, and ensuring strong brand visibility at key outlets. Daily tasks include visiting on-trade customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating listings and promotions, monitoring stock levels, and providing training and support to outlet staff. The On Trade Specialist will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement trade activation plans, gather market insights, and report on performance and trends. This position requires regular fieldwork within Lekki and nearby areas to drive volume, distribution, and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Strong trading and on-trade sales skills, with experience managing accounts and driving revenue.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
Knowledge of international trade or alcoholic beverage markets is an advantage.
Customer service mindset, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Prior experience in FMCG, beverages, or hospitality sales is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in the field, organize routes, and manage multiple accounts.
Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
