Job Position: Operations / Internal Control Officer Job Location: Lekki / Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct routine operational checks and internal control reviews.
Identify process gaps, irregularities, and operational risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Review operational records and prepare reports on findings.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to established standards.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
Work with relevant departments to strengthen operational efficiency and accountability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2–3 years of experience in Operations, Internal Control, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to monitor processes, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Candidates residing in or close to Lekki and Victoria Island are strongly preferred.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
