Are you proactive, analytical, highly organized, and skilled in administrative and financial record-keeping? We are seeking a competent Personal Assistant to the MD who can manage daily schedules, handle correspondence, maintain proper records, and support the MD with administrative and petty expense management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and routines.
Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings and daily activities.
Handle emails, correspondence, and professional communication.
Maintain an effective filing system for easy access to documents.
Manage, record, and post the MD’s petty expenses on the company’s system.
Maintain accurate expense records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Prepare reports, analyze information, and assist with administrative tasks.
Follow up on assignments, deadlines, and pending tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively identify practical solutions.
Requirements
Must be proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Must have good email writing and communication skills.
Must have experience in planning schedules, routines, and daily activities.
Must possess excellent filing, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Must be able to manage and accurately post petty expenses on a computerized system.
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Location Requirement: Applicants MUST reside in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
