Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant / Retail Sales Associate

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and self-motivated Pharmacy Assistant / Sales Associate to join our team.
  • We are looking for an individual who has prior experience working in a retail pharmacy, understands basic OTC/prescription medicine workflow, and can independently manage floor sales, inventory records, and customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Sales: Attend to walk-in customers professionally
  • Store Management: Keep the pharmacy floor tidy, well-merchandised, and fully stocked; ensure accurate daily sales logging and shift handover documentation.
  • Independent Operation: Run shifts smoothly and handle customer inquiries confidently.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of direct experience working in a retail/community pharmacy.
  • Product Knowledge: Solid familiarity with common over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, skincare products, and daily health supplies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, customer service skills, basic numeracy, and neat record-keeping.
  • Attributes: Punctual, detail-oriented and honest.
