Job Title: Procurement Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and purchasing activities, vendor relationships, negotiations, and procurement documentation while ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services based on company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Compare quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Work closely with Stores, Finance, Production, and other departments to meet procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Track orders and resolve supplier-related issues promptly

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are not eligible.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is required.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Good record-keeping, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet procurement deadlines.

Salary
N120,000 – N180,000 per month.
