Seven Up Bottling Company is one of the largest and oldest beverage manufacturing companies in Nigeria, operating nine automated bottling plants across the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary

  • The Product Manager will establish dedicated ownership of Beta Padi and align customer needs, commercial priorities, operational processes, security requirements and technology delivery across the mobile app, payments, SAP integration and delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog and measurable outcomes for Beta Padi
  • Research customer and internal-user needs and improve end-to-end journeys
  • Lead discovery, requirements, sprint and release planning, pilots and post-release reviews with engineering, UX, QA, DevOps, cybersecurity, SAP and business teams
  • Define analytics and monitor adoption, conversion, retention, satisfaction and reliability
  • Embed security, privacy, fraud-prevention and regulatory requirements
  • Manage service expectations, incidents, documentation, training and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years' relevant product-management, digital-product or business-analysis experience
  • FMCG/B2B commerce, payments or fintech, supply chain, SAP/ERP, OTP/KYC/virtual accounts, mobile security, privacy, accessibility, localization, experimentation and product analytics.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a customer-facing mobile or web product and Agile delivery
  • Strong capability in roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, analytics, APIs and integrations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills.
