Job Summary

  • We are seeking to recruit a Product Support Engineer to deliver expert technical support, commissioning, product demonstrations, and sales backing!

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc./B.Eng. in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics
  • 2-5 years in industrial automation, electrical systems, technical support, or field service.

Technical Skills:

  • PLC, HMI/SCADA, VFDs, motors, instrumentation, control panels, sensors, and industrial communication.
  • Ability to provide remote/on-site technical support, commissioning, product demonstrations, and customer training.
  • Ability to understand product specifications, select suitable products, cross-reference alternatives, and support sales.
  • Good technical reporting and documentation skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
