Job Description

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Production Managerto oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily food production and production schedules.
  • Supervise production staff and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain product quality, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
  • Manage raw materials, inventory, waste, and production costs.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure targets and standards are consistently achieved.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experiencein Food/FMCG Manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of food production, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage inventory and control production costs.
  • Must be organized, proactive, and result-oriented.

Remuneration

  • Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
  • Accommodation Provided.
