Job Title: Project Admin (Instrumentation and Control)

Location: Akwa Ibom

Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Project Administrator/DCC.
• The Project Administrator /DCC provides administrative, coordination, and documenation support to the project team to ensure the efficient planning, execution and completion of projects. The role supports project Engineers and Managers by Managing documentation, coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Documentation and Record Managment
• Project Planning, scheduling and coordination support
• Project tracking and communication
• Preparation of Project reports and status updates
• Preparation and monitoring of project budgets.

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Managment, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
