Job Title: Restaurant Agent – Food Delivery

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Restaurant Agent to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Station at an assigned partner restaurant and monitor customer orders.
  • Ensure orders are processed and prepared on time.
  • Verify orders before handing them over to delivery riders.
  • Coordinate with riders for prompt order collection.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the assigned restaurant.
  • Escalate order delays, missing items, or other issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO with at least 1 year experience.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps.
  • Must own a smartphone.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable, punctual, and attentive to details.
  • Previous experience in customer service, restaurant operations, or food delivery is an advantage.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly
