We are seeking a customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive Sales and Client Service Executive to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's health insurance plans, acquiring new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales and increase client acquisition.
Promote the company's health insurance plans and services to individuals, corporate organisations, and prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Respond promptly to client enquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.
Provide accurate information on HMO plans, benefits, coverage, and enrolment procedures.
Follow up on sales leads, prepare proposals, and support client conversion.
Coordinate client registration, enrolment, and updates to membership records.
Liaise with healthcare providers and internal departments to resolve client issues.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
Prepare regular sales and client service reports and work towards assigned targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or client relationship management.
Experience in an HMO, health insurance, healthcare, or financial services environment is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to meet sales targets, manage client expectations, and work independently.
Professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
