Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Support Engineer to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on technical activities, good Networking and server management knowledge, outstanding problem solving and communication skills maintaining relationships with clients.
  •  This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the product or service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers is a significant part of this IT Rep role.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Knowledge and hands on configuration of Active directory
  • Hands on Kyocera and HP printing machines both hardware and software
  • Good understanding of computer systems
  • Good knowledge/ hands on CCTV Surveillance system
  • Good knowledge/ familiarity with Cisco, Sophos and Microsoft 365
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Installing and configuring Computer systems
  • Carry out Network installation from Layer 1 to at least Layer 3
  • Monitor logged tickets and identify potential issues proactively
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlightingfeatures and benefits.
  • Prepare regular technical reports for team Supervisor review and meetings.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years experience.
