Job Summary

• The Admin & Sales Officer plays a dual role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and driving sales growth.
• This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in the oil & gas and environmental services sector.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

• Manage office operations, correspondence, and documentation.
• Maintain records of contracts, invoices, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate logistics for haulage and marine services.
• Support HR functions, including staff scheduling and performance tracking.

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities in petroleum products marketing, waste management, and consultancy services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with corporate, industrial, and government stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and bids.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

Performance Indicators

• Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Efficiency in administrative processes and documentation.
• Client retention and satisfaction rates.
• Compliance with environmental and industry regulations.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales, administration or operations within the Oil & Gas Industry or related industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month (Net Salary) (However, the salary can be negotiated upward depending on the candidate’s experience).
