A growing skincare and haircare brand is looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Content Creator to build its online presence and turn attention into sales.
You will plan and produce content across the brand’s social channels, grow its audience, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the brand’s social media pages across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Create engaging videos, reels, skits, product content, captions and graphics * Develop content calendars and growth strategies tailored to each platform
Produce creative content that drives brand visibility, audience engagement and sales * Respond to customer enquiries and messages professionally
Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on product launches and campaigns
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Strong video creation, editing and storytelling skills
Ability to create engaging content that attracts customers and drives sales
Good understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms and analytics
Highly organised, creative and results-driven
Available to resume immediately
Portfolio or links to previously created content for review
