Sunrise is a subsidiary of Bond Group of Companies situated in Ibadan, Oyo State, with business interests in Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bakery and Arcade.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media and IT Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content and digital platforms.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote company products, services, events, and announcements online.
  • Develop visual content for social media and other approved communication platforms
  • Provide technical support for company events and corporate programmes.
  • Carry out Installation of hardware and troubleshoot computer issues.
  • Maintain hardware components through repair or replacement.
  • Daily backup of all database files and documents.
  • Update malware protection devices to prevent viruses or computer hacking.
  • Monitor clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company webpage, landing pages and supporting pages e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

  • HND or BSC in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same or related capacity.
  • Attention to detail and good record management
  • Proficiency in the use of Corel Draw and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in the use of WordPress and Elementor.
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain hardware.
  • Familiar with LAN networks, routers, switches, and servers.
  • Any IT Certifications (CCNA, MCSE, etc. t.c) will be an added advantage.
