Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Job Summary
- We are seeking an organised Social Media & Marketing Officer to manage our online activity, engage our audience, and execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and our website.
- You will work with a dedicated content creator and coordinate customer enquiries with our customer service team.
What you will do
- Plan, schedule and publish relevant content across our active social platforms.
- Write persuasive captions and keep our social pages and Stories active.
- Manage comments and community interactions, coordinating buying enquiries with customer service.
- Work with the content creator to deliver content, product promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Review platform insights, prepare useful reports and recommend improvements.
- Keep product information and brand communication accurate and consistent.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts and executing campaigns.
- Strong caption writing, planning, audience engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to interpret social media results and recommend practical next steps.
- Initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools. Practical Meta advertising experience is an advantage.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
