Job Summary

• Kosoko Pictures, a baby and newborn photography studio, is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Create engaging content, captions, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
• Monitor comments and direct messages and ensure timely, professional responses.
• Research social media trends and develop creative content ideas relevant to our brand.
• Track performance metrics and submit regular reports based on agreed KPIs.
• Support campaigns that generate enquiries, increase bookings, and attract potential clients.
• Collaborate with the creatives, sales, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital content creation.
• Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts.
• A portfolio or links to previously managed social media pages and content.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video-editing tools for creating reels and other visual content.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, communication, and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, audience growth, and content performance.
• Ability to plan content calendars, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using digital tools for planning and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, receive feedback, and remain accountable for assigned responsibilities.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
• Experience working with photography studios, lifestyle brands, family-focused businesses, or other creative brands is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Gross monthly.
