EE DE Residenz is a B&Q Apartment Rental facility with an indoor swimming pool and bar located in Awka, Anambra State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and staff activities.
  • Coordinate reception, housekeeping, bar, pool and other service operations.
  • Ensure staff maintain proper service and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve routine complaints.
  • Prepare and review daily operational reports.
  • Monitor staff attendance and shift schedules.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Report operational issues to management.

Requirements

  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant supervisory or hospitality experience.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work shifts.

Salary
N50,000 – N90,000 monthly Gross.
