About the Role

• Infratel Africa is seeking a Corps Member currently undergoing the NYSC programme to join our team as a Supply Chain Associate.
• The successful candidate will support the Supply Chain and Operations functions, including procurement coordination, inventory management, documentation, vendor communication, and general supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement and sourcing activities.
• Support the preparation and processing of purchase requests, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchases, inventory, and deliveries.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Support the receiving, inspection, and documentation of goods and materials.
• Maintain an organised database of suppliers and procurement records.
• Assist with price comparisons and supplier evaluations.
• Track orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Prepare periodic procurement and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of supply chain transactions.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and cost management.
• Perform other supply chain and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
• Degree/HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with figures and records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Must owe a laptop.
