We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer

Location: Offshore & Onshore
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Renewable Contract 

Job Summary

  • We are seeking qualified and experienced professional (5-10 years' experience) for Supply Chain Officer.

Requirements

  • Source and procure foodstuffs (dry, fresh, frozen), kitchen consumables, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
  • Identify, evaluate and maintain approved vendor list.
  • Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate best prices, quality and payment terms.
  •  Raise and follow up on Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • 5-10 years of industrial catering experience
  • Previous experience in a similar industry
  • Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
  • Catering certification is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
