Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Locations: Port Harcourt, Rivers and Lagos
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within an Oil & Gas, EPC or Energy company.
Strong understanding of oil & gas roles, technical competencies and industry certifications.
Proven experience recruiting blue-collar and white-collar technical professionals.
Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office 365.
CIPM or relevant HR certification is an advantage.
