Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment activities for SISI HR Consulting and its clients.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, managing recruitment processes from job briefing to placement, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the company’s recruitment and other HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SISI HR Consulting and its clients.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across different roles and industries.
• Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate shortlists.
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, clarify job descriptions, and agree on recruitment expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Monitor recruitment timelines, placement rates, and other key recruitment metrics.
• Identify potential clients and contribute to business development efforts by promoting the company’s recruitment and HR consulting services.
• Build professional relationships with prospective clients and support client acquisition and retention.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed based on:

• Number of successful placements.
• Time taken to fill vacancies.
• Quality and suitability of candidates submitted to clients.
• Client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Contribution to new client acquisition.
• Accuracy and timeliness of recruitment reports.
• Candidate experience and recruitment process management.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development and client acquisition.
• Good organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
