Job Title: Shop Manager

Location: Lagos

Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of them store.
  • Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
  • Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate store orders and liaise with Head Office.
  • Train, coach, and manage staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Prepare operational and sales reports.

Salary
N230,000 - N250,000 monthly
