Role Overview

• We are looking for a Telesales Officer to join a dynamic team committed to driving financial inclusion and providing convenient financial solutions to individuals and small business owners across Nigeria.
• As a Telesales Officer, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and sales virtually, supporting customers throughout the application process, retaining existing customers, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, loan applications, complaints, and other interactions within agreed SLAs.
• Drive customer acquisition through assigned and self-generated leads.
• Achieve set sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Ensure loan transactions are processed accurately and in line with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service across relevant engagement channels.
• Maintain required KPIs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Provide feedback to support continuous improvement of products, processes, and customer experience.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Telesales, Sales, Customer Service, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
