Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee welfare.
• Drive learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports.
• Provide strategic HR advice to management and support organisational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Have experience in Chemical production company
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information.

Salary
N500,000 per month.
