Primary Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Translate brand and commercial priorities into actionable trade plans.
- Drive channel-specific strategies across Distributor, Wholesale, General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
- Lead trade promotions and retail activation initiatives to ensure activation activities deliver measurable commercial impact and effective return on investment (ROI).
- Support Sales teams with trade tools, programs and execution frameworks.
Major Requirements
- Degree/ HND in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant discipline with relevant experience.
- MSc/MBA or relevant Professional certification is an added advantage.
- More than eight years relevant experience with at least three years at a managerial level in Trade Marketing, preferably FMCG (bottling) industry.
- Strong knowledge in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
