FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client is a fast-growing and major FMCG [Foods and Beverages] company with plants in Ogun State and Abuja. 

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate brand and commercial priorities into actionable trade plans.
  • Drive channel-specific strategies across Distributor, Wholesale, General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
  • Lead trade promotions and retail activation initiatives to ensure activation activities deliver measurable commercial impact and effective return on investment (ROI).
  • Support Sales teams with trade tools, programs and execution frameworks.

Major Requirements

  • Degree/ HND in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant discipline with relevant experience.
  • MSc/MBA or relevant Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • More than eight years relevant experience with at least three years at a managerial level in Trade Marketing, preferably FMCG (bottling) industry.
  • Strong knowledge in Data Analysis & Interpretation.

Salary
N30,000,000 - N40,000,000 annually.
