They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Dopemu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: 8:00 am - 6: 00 pm, Mondays to Saturdays

Description

  • Our client requires a honest, brilliant and hardworking individual to grow with its team as Sales Supervisor in its Dopemu depot.

Primary Job Responsibilities(In Summary)

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reportsand recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Ensure effective product distribution, stock availabilityand compliance with sales policies and procedures.
  • Train, motivateand evaluate sales team members to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Major Requirements

  • B. Sc./ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year experience in retail sales in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated integrity, sound judgement and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Candidates from the following areas will have competitive advantage: Dopemu, Agege, Egbeda, Iyana-Ipaja, etc.

Reward System
Salary is about N100,000 per month.
