FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client is a fast-growing and major FMCG [Foods and Beverages] company with plants in Ogun State and Abuja.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Locations: Benin - Edo, Port Harcourt - Rivers and North.
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]

  • Develop and maintain strong, enduring and profitable relationship with distributors and consumers within your zone.
  • Analyze territory market/industry trends and discover new opportunities for growth, product improvements, new products development and be current on market dynamics and competitors’ activities.
  • Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction beyond assigned zones.
  • Use the knowledge and understanding of the various SKUs of the company to drive sales penetration and gain a competitive edge in area of coverage.
  • Ensure each of the SKU is ahead of competing brands in the coverage area.
  • Ensure all distributors in coverage areas stock the company’s product
  • Provide regular market feedback from customers and distributors in the assigned region.

Major Requirements

  • Degree/ HND in Marketing, Sales or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience in Sales with at least three years at a managerial level, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Professional Certification in Sales, such as ISM, NASP, ICSP is an added advantage.

Salary
N10,000,000 - N20,000,000 annually.
