FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client is a fast-growing and major FMCG [Foods and Beverages] company with plants in Ogun State and Abuja.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Activation Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]

  • Execute approved brand activations across multiple locations to create consumer experience for the organisation.
  • Ensure execution of activations to drive trial and retrial of new product launches.
  • Work with the activation agencies and vendors from briefing stage to final campaign delivery to deliver approved brand campaigns.
  • Brief Procurement and Finance teams on planned projects and follow-up to ensure POs are raised on time and in full for planned activations.
  • Support management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend across all budget line items.
  • Track and report activation metrics and KPIs (consumer reach, sales uplift, and conversion rates).
  • Provide post-campaign evaluation reports to identify activation successes and execution gaps.

Major Requirements

  • Degree/ HND in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
  • MSc/MBA or relevant Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of four years’ relevant experience preferably in the FMCG (bottling) industry.
  • Agency management, strategic thinking and project & people management.

Salary
N20,000,000 - N30,000,000 gross annually.
