Ayoola Foods is an FMCG Production Company. We are into production of Poundo Yam, Plantain Flour and some other Flour Products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Van Sales Representative (VSR)

Location: Lagos Mainlanda, Lagos

Job Description

• The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and distributing company products directly to customers and outlets across the assigned territory. The VSR will drive sales, develop new customers, ensure product availability, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company's sales van and distribute products to assigned outlets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
• Ensure adequate product availability and visibility within assigned outlets.
• Maintain good relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other customers.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure proper accountability for products and collections.
• Monitor market prices, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product display.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and stock records.
• Submit regular sales reports to the supervisor.
• Ensure the company vehicle and products are handled responsibly.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in FMCG van sales, direct sales, or distribution is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid Driver's Licence.
• Must possess a valid LASDRI Card.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Mainland routes and markets.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and target-driven..

Remuneration
N250,000 / month.
