We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor (FSS)
Location: Lagos Island & Environs - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- The FSS will be responsible for supervising sales activities across Lagos Island and surrounding areas, managing field sales personnel, supporting distributors, and driving product availability and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Supervise and motivate field sales representatives.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and distribution.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper implementation of company sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales and market records.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, market activities, and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–3 years' relevant FMCG sales experience.
- Good knowledge of Lagos Island and surrounding markets.
- Experience in distributor and territory management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Benefits
- Salary: N250,000 / Month
- Monthly Float: N150,000.
